If you think he's capable of calling with a 4 here then sure. I would be flat out shocked to see him with a J here.

Maybe t150 is better though... minor preference.

River play isn't the only thing I'm curious about, is the turn bet out of line? I figured I can 1. get a free showdown 2. get a better hand to fold 3. get a worse hand to call.

You represented a J on the flop, and then a J turns, so I see no problem with betting to take down the flop right there. Given the way the BB played this hand I would not be at all surprised to see him with a 4 and tried to slowplay the flop then slow down when the turn J hits. I also wouldn't be super surprised to see him with something like 55 or 66. I suppose he might call down here with an Ace as well, although I think that's the least likely of the three.

I like your line, although I agree with another poster that my river bet would probably be 150ish here. If he has a J so be it, but if I were him I would have bet or C/R that flop, not slowplay top pair 3 handed.
