Party Poker Million question

Can anyone explain How to get into the satellite for the Party Poker Million, where the actual cruise packages are given away.

I see sub-qualifiers, semi-finals, super sattelites, sub-supersatelites, super qualfier, ect. ect.

It is very confusing.

I have also read that you can start with T3000 chips insted of the standard T1000 if you play a reqired # of raked hands. Where can I find more information about that out from??
