Reraising preflop is a bad idea. Just call. On the flop, pushing is really the only thing you can do since the pot is so big. But if you had just called preflop, the pot wouldn't be that big.

Don't reraise preflop even though I have the button? Do you think we are up against something like AK-AQ in this situation?

No. I would call an all in with TT in that situation.

In that case, the risk of being put all in is too big. Just call the 45. When you reraise, you open yourself up to an all in. Too dangerous. It's only level 1. You need to be able to easily let this go if you don't get a good flop.
