Default Big overcards heads-up vs. donk bets

These hands are all too frequent and I'm curious what thought processes everyone has. In every case I open raised, got 1 caller from the blinds and they came out betting on the flop. Which flops do you raise and which hands do you take to the river unimproved? (assuming the draws don't come in)
(assuming no reads, please)

1) As Kh -- 6c 4s 3c
2) Ad Kd -- Js 7h 2S
3) Ac Kc -- 5h 4c 3s
4) As Qd -- Kd 8h 7h
5) Ah Qs -- Tc 3h 2d
6) Ac Qc -- 5c 2h 2s
7) As Qh -- 7d 5d 2c
8) Ah Jh -- 3s 3c 2h
9) Ac Jc -- Kc Qs Js
10) As Jd -- Td 9d 9c
11) Ad Jc -- Kc Tc 8h
