Odd Neteller problem

I've recently decided to start using Neteller for my cashouts etc. After registering my bank and doing an over the phone voice confirmation, I should have full access to everything on Neteller but when I sign in I only have Deposit options available to me.

I'm going to contact Neteller later tonight about the problem but I was wondering if anyone here had a quicker fix. Thanks!

Have you deposited any money yet?
Having a zero balance would prevent you from doing lots of things.
