Default Busting out on 1st hand of SNG

Well that was a first for me after about a zillion SNGs...Party 50+5

KK vs AJs...an A is spiked.

Just curious if anyone else has bit it on hand #1...

That's usually how it happens.

Just think about all those times that you've doubled up on the first hand, and had yourself just about a free shot into the money...
