What do you guys think about this river fold? I didn't really see what I could beat besides almost a complete bluff. Villian is a typical party player, a little to loose, not very good postflop, and moderately aggressive

I play it the same. Assuming the villan is not aggressive/tricky enough to go for a turn c/r with nothing (which is ok to assume for a typical party player), your hand isn't good on the turn and a river peel for a ten/ club is ok.
