Default #$%*& Paradise hand histories

Biggest rush I've ever had, 60BB in 150 hands, hitting everything, including my third straight flush this week, and Paradise sends me BLANK hand histories.

Please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused. As a customer service gesture we have credited your account with an additional $50.

not even. Paradise wake the heck up and clean house and all the dang bugs you guys have in your software.

Paradise hasnt had a decent upgrade in a year and a half.
list of recurring problems:
-hh's are late
-hh's are lost forever-happens rarely
-hh's should be saved on hard-drive
-tables in lobby list disappear anywhere from 5 minutes to an hour. When this happens you cant see what table you are at and tell what the table dynamics are ie pot ave. etc.
-software needs to be made faster
-waitlists are also buggy and slow.

The whole system since they added MTT's 18 months ago or whenever that was has been massively laggy.. not one upgrade or email to customers has acknowledged the horrific bugs that plague this place..Too bad cause I have always liked Paradise but since the buyout there has been zero product development -shame on you Sportsbook.com...

What would party have done? Nothing. I think 50 bucks is more than fair for 150 hands. How often was Primas playcheck not working? I never got crap for those lost hands.

These are my main issues.
Paradise used to be reknown for their software. It was certainly my favourite site but now I don't really enjoy playing there.

When sportsbook bought them I expected an burst of development and ambition but there has been nothing. I even hoped they would attempt to take on party again.

Let's convince Mason to buyout Paradise. We can turn it into the 2+2 clubhouse!
