question about beginner statistics...
These are my latest 2000 hands ...mostly .10/.20 limit on PS...can anyone tell me if im on the right track or not?
Hold'em (Real Money): 2000 hands played and saw flop: - 98 times out of 216 while in small blind (45%) - 155 times out of 213 while in big blind (72%) - 350 times out of 1571 in other positions (22%) - a total of 603 times out of 2000 (30%) Pots won at showdown - 109 out of 178 (61%) Pots won without showdown - 101 |

not enough stats.
and certainly not enough hands. read the FAQ to get an idea of what your stats should be. and get poker tracker if you don't have it already. |

2000 hands is incredibly tiny and your stats vary so greatly depending on the cards you're getting.
keep studying - reading and reviewing hands is important. Also for stats tracking, check out a program like pokertracker. |

thanks.....I know about poker tracker but have to figure out how to use it with Stars...I have player A LOT more than 2000 but thats all i could retrieve...

Just start PT, start playing at a table on Stars, hit the Auto Import button and "Force Import" to pick up the hands already on your hard drive. There's very little configuring to do. Regards, Ian |
