AA vs. all in bet on flop

PP 350K qualifier.

Blinds 50/100, I have about 2500. There are a little over 100 people left and 13 spots get seats.

Folded to me in CO. I have the two red aces. I raise to 350. Button and both blinds have me covered. Button and SB have just been getting lucky, but BB seems like a somewhat decent player.

PF: Folded to me, I raise to 350, only BB calls.

Flop: 9 T J rainbow.
BB moves all in, putting me all in, I call.


My original thoughts were that if BB had a good hand, something like KQ or a set, then he would slowplay it. Is this a good call with all my chips at risk or am I just spewing?


Edit: On second thought, I think a fold at this level of tournament would be horrendous. Some of the crap I have seen people move in with just boggles the mind.
