Default signing up party players(family allowed?)

could a family member sign up another family member using their tracker?
For example a father signing up a son?

[/ QUOTE ]An affiliate can sign people up under their tracker as long as it is not for fraudulant purposes. Although I haven't read it lately, I think many answers to recent posts can be found here.
