Default 2-4 Turn semibluff CR

Just wanted to know if anyone likes this move.

400nl game on party. Someone min raises in mp. Maybe one caller in late position, I call im BB with QJ suited, early limper calls.

Flop comes 459 giving me a flush draw. I lead for pot, prf is only caller. Turn is A, but not a club. 120 in pot. I check, villan bets 100, I move in for 320 total. What does he need to call me? Is this a good line?

Any read on villain? And what do you put him on when he calls your flop bet?

by the looks of the way you played this hand, it's pretty obvious what you have in my mind. This is a pretty standard bluff with a draw when you believe your opponent to be weak becuase you sure as hell arn't pulling this move when you think he has 2 pair/set and i think your going to get called here more times then not when he's getting 2.5 to call.
