Default What % of (online) players actually know what they are doing?

Has anyone got any thoughts as to what % of online players know anything more about poker than "If my hand looks OK, bet- if it doesn't, fold", etc?

ie. what % of online players actually bother to learn more about the game?

Obviously as one goes higher up the limits- the knowledge and experiance of the average player must go up- but surely there must be thousands at the micro / low limits that are relying on luck?

Many thanks,
Ian
