I e-maield them about not recievign the $160 they said I would get for earning 2400 points. this si the response:

automatically released into your real balance. The cash bonus will be credited
to your real money account by 04-11-2005.

Oops, i feel kinda dumb, I read that as April of 2005, lol. Party Support still sucks.
