Do large neteller transactions take longer than others

Whenever I withdraw a few hundered or so dollars out of PP or Empire it hits neteller within 6 hours. But last night around midnight I withdrew $3000 and it is still not there 16 hours later. Do larger withdrawals take longer to clear?

Yes sometimes. Neteller to your bank account no. I have had five figure cashouts(profit plus credit card buyin) and they took as long as miniscule cashouts......

anything over $1k gets looked at by a supervisor.

i learned this 3 months ago.

if i were to do a $1,800 eft cashout, that blue cancel button would stay there for almost 24 hours. if i were to do $900x2, it would revert to pending within a couple of hours and be in my bank account next day if done before noon..

I don't mean neteller to bank. I mean Empire TO Neteller. I am looking for my money in Neteller and it is still not there...20 hrs and counting now.
