Depends what site you play on...party only gives you 30 seconds.

Raise the flop. Invest the extra SB or two here to find out if you're good (or even better, get a free card or two), rather than 2 BBs on down the line with nary a clue as to what you should do.

Trip 7s won the hand, the guy had like 97s.

this is irrelevant to the play of the hand. When you realize this, you will come to a deeper understanding of the game of poker.

Calling the flop is fine, calling the turn is fine, calling the river is fine.

Someone suggested raising the flop, which doesn't accomlish a whole lot. You will win less from aggressively played 7's and 5's and you will often just lose more to an ace. All raising really does is look for a way to fold the hand. trying to find folds in hands like this, when you're playing against donks, should not be your goal.

If you're at a 2+2 table, you want to cap this PF, F, T, and R for image.

Edit: On a serious note, though, he's right: don't worry about what they had, worry about what they could have reasonably had based on their play style, the action, the board, and whether or not they were on tilt.

I don't feel comfortable dealing with a high underpair, particularly in a large pot.

I don't know... what about if the guy is a TAA or something like that? I have a tough times with these hands. I guess I'll do some more reading.

I still have to re-go through the flop in SSHE (chapter I got the most wrong answers in).

Its definitely not a very fun spot to be in, but you still have to make a decision. Ed posted a hand with QQ that was kinda similar to this a while ago. I don't have the link or remember the name, but maybe someone else does.
