Default Just was cheated by players at Party!!

I'm not sure if this is legal but I was just playing a $25.00 NL 0.25/0.50 table at PP. I went all in on the river with a possible straight showing on the board. I had a pair of jacks and fours. It was pretty much a bluff. The two guys that were still in the hand started chatting. One says "Vital does he have the straight". Vital says to Saint " No. Maybe two pair but not a straight or a set. Call it." Saint says I'll call, you fold. And they did just that. Saint beats me with two pair, Kings and fours.

Is this LEGAL? I had recently joined the table so I had not seen them do this before. I watched for another half hour and they did it two more times. Both with big bets to call. Once they decided to both fold, once they decided to have one call and the other fold. They won that hand, too. They got $24.00 from me and almost $20.00 from the other player.

Any action I can take? I'm really more mad about them chatting than upset over losing the hand. Losing a hand is part of the game but chatting about how to play a hand seems just plain wrong!

Yeah. I've seen people yelling "call" or "fold", but when they get into discussing hands like that.....not good.

Immediately e-mail their usernames to alerts@partypoker.com The sooner you do this, the better.

yes, try to grab the hand number, tell them what happened and ask that you be given the pot (and their chat be banned). Definitely out of line and against the rules.

Party's in on this. Don't bother. The hand histories and the tapes of the hand have been erased. You're on TILT. (sorry)

Damnit man, if you had brought this up 2 and a half hours earlier we could have helped you, but it is too late now.

i put it you that we set up a Panel of Posters, and complaints and questions like this should be submitted to the PoP by proper procedures

once the PoP has made its considered decision the relevant pokersite should be instructed as to its course of action and recompense

failure to act within a reasonable period, allowing for appeal, would lead to an appropriate fine being imposed on the site

i suggest that Granny goes to the chair

but that's another matter i suppose
