Default short handed book

Hello

I am a small winner at low limits. I love SSH and am a bigger winner because of it. Have read it 3 times. I also have several other of the best books. I use and study with pokertracker.

I am planning on picking up Sklanskys book on tournament play, since I have start playing a few single table tourneys.

Here is what I find on tournaments:
1. I have come in second a few times, never first
2. The large majority of the time, I am in first or second place until the table gets down to 5 or so players.

So my question is, what is the best book for short handed play.

TIA, tom
