Default Right my wrongs

Been doing awful at 25NL at Stars. I'm sure half of my losses have been to bad beats, but the other half I'm sure it's through bad play. I've been stacked numerous times and I just want to post a few hands to see if there are some hands where I made critical errors and hopefully fix them. I've been playing with a TAG image. There are a lot of other hands with more glaring errors, but these were the only ones I could remember or find on PT.

Hand 1:

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (9 handed) converter

BB ($59.40)
UTG ($23.60)
UTG+1 ($19.25)
Hero ($24.90)
MP2 ($35.05)
MP3 ($15)
CO ($10.25)
Button ($38.20)
SB ($32.05)

Villian here is a typical loose/passive 69.79!/6.25/0.69/96 WTSD 38.57. His minbets looked me to like probing bets, and I represented strength. I'm guessing my agressive tendencies went a little too far here and I didn't think about what my opponent could have had because he had been calling raises with nothing. If he pushed my raise on the river, would it be correct to fold, even to this player? What's a good WTSD% for a TAG?

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. MP3 posts a blind of $0.25.
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.25</font>, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, SB calls $1.15, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>.

Flop: ($3) 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], T[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $3</font>, SB calls $2.

Turn: ($9) J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $5</font>, SB calls $4.

River: ($19) A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">SB bets $1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $10</font>, SB calls $9.

Final Pot: $39

Hand 2:

Villian here again is a crazy loose player with semi-agressive tendencies. 85!!/31.67/1.86/60 WTSD 34.78. He's basically been involved in every single hand and calling/betting with nothing. I checked on the flop as a slow-play and called on the turn as a slow play because the board was uncoordinated and I thought it was the perfect time against such a loose player. I was trying to extract the maximum without scaring him off. I feel like maybe I should have raised the turn, thinking that he paired up.

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (7 handed) converter

UTG ($24.65)
Hero ($24.65)
MP2 ($20.30)
CO ($17)
Button ($37.35)
SB ($9.75)
BB ($53.45)

Preflop: Hero is MP1 with J[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img], A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]. CO posts a blind of $0.25.
UTG calls $0.25, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $1.5</font>, <font color="#666666">4 folds</font>, BB calls $1.25, UTG folds.

Flop: ($3.60) 5[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
BB checks, Hero checks.

Turn: ($3.60) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $2</font>, Hero calls $2.

River: ($7.60) 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">BB bets $5</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $10</font>, BB calls $5.

Final Pot: $27.60

Hand 3:

Villian here is 50/20/1.25/10 WTSD 50% I'm not sure where I went wrong this hand, I guess it's just not thinking about what he had. I didn't want to re-raise the PFR because I wanted more callers behind me and to mask the strength of my hand.

UTG checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $4</font>, CO calls $4, UTG folds.

Turn: ($12.10) 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(2 players)</font>

<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $12.9 (All-In)</font>, CO calls $11.40 (All-In).

Final Pot: $48.40

Hand 4:

So I've dropped down a level to 10NL where there are more loose players than 25NL. Villian in this hand is 45/0/1/23. Should I have checked the flop or turn? Against such a loose player, do you find a fold on the turn like I did? I put him on J/x.

SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets $0.5</font>, UTG folds, UTG+1 folds, MP1 calls $0.50, MP2 folds, CO folds, SB folds.

I'll post more hands I've made errors in as I go, I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.
