HOH vol 2 has a good section that I really enjoyed. Gave you some common sense but useful information. I wouldnt say it was the best, but then again I dont think "the best" really matters. As long as you get soething from it then it was worth the time.

Experience is the best teacher for HU. Review old games/hands, and make notes yourself. After a while, you'll have enough rough notes, hand analysis to write a chapter in a 2+2 book.

To answer your question, the material I have found useful are (not in order of quality)

- Short-handed section in HPFAP (limit holdem)
- Jason Prohl's articles (limit holdem)
- 2+2 article this june on small blind play (no limit tourney)
