another BB hand

Here's some numbers on the villain:

VP$IP: 23.26
Attempt steal blinds: 50%
PFR: 9.30
Total aggression: 1.33

At the time this hand went down, I didn't have him pegged quite as aggressive as these numbers suggest, but I thought him at least mildly tight/aggressive. I thought it was 65% he had at least something, 35% he was stealing, but figured w/Q-9suited 7-handed I should call anyway. Any comments/all streets welcome.
