Default Acting as the Dealer (On the button)

Whenever the situation arises in a single-table tournament should you always bet 3xBB when you are the dealer and everyone else has folded to you? Or do you think there is a specific range of hands that you should only do it with and if so what hands?

lvl 1 and 2 i usually min raise and continuation bet the flop if only one calls, it works pretty well i think.
