Been at the table a while and imo the villain is quite bad, had a 110 stack when i moved here and has since reloaded, calling with dirt
apart from that, no real read What did my turn bet represent? I thought it would make it look like a flopped set, and if i rivered it my hand would be nicely disguised ***** Hand History for Game 3172186826 ***** $50 NL Texas Hold'em - Friday, December 09, 17:28:17 EDT 2005 Table Table 64978 (6 max) (Real Money) Seat 6 is the button Total number of players : 6 Seat 2: Hero ( $162.88 ) Seat 3: random1 ( $33.79 ) Seat 5: Villain ( $55.85 ) Seat 6: random4 ( $66.45 ) Seat 1: random2 ( $71.05 ) Seat 4: random 3( $51.20 ) random2 posts small blind [$0.25]. hero posts big blind [$0.50]. ** Dealing down cards ** Dealt to hero [ 7d 8d ] >You have options at Table 70483 (6 max) (No DP) Table!. random1 calls [$0.50]. random3 calls [$0.50]. >You have options at Table 66340 (6 max) Table!. villain calls [$0.50]. random4 folds. >You have options at Table 70483 (6 max) (No DP) Table!. >You have options at Table 66340 (6 max) Table!. random2 raises [$1.75]. hero calls [$1.50]. random1 calls [$1.50]. random3 folds. villain calls [$1.50]. ** Dealing Flop ** [ 2d, Th, 9d ] random2 bets [$4]. hero calls [$4]. random1 calls [$4]. villain calls [$4]. ** Dealing Turn ** [ 5c ] random2 checks. hero checks. random1 checks. villain bets [$4]. random2 folds. hero raises [$14]. random1 folds. villain calls [$10]. ** Dealing River ** [ Qs ] Hero ? |

am I the only one that doesn't play it this way.
The place to raise is the flop, if you aren't willing to raise the flop, take the great odds you are getting on the turn and just call. Exactly how do you propose to make money bluffing an idiot calling station with 8 high? |

I am raising this flop everytime. Do not get your money in on a blank turn and i think a river bet is spewing.

I would lead for pot on that flop. If PF raiser raised I would be inclined to put him all-in. Is this too aggressive?
