Can't download. Help!

When trying to download the poker software at totalbet.com, I get this message:

Not Found
The requested URL /cgi-bin/tb_poker_download.cgi was not found on this server.

Apache/1.3.28 Server at www.totalbet.com Port 80

I also tried to download MultiPoker yesterday with no success.
I've download several sites in the past with no problems, but this was before I began using Netscape.

Is Netscape my problem?
Can you help?

Before asking if Netscape is the problem, why not fire up IE again and see what happens? It's a lot easier for you to answer a question like that than for a complete stranger. Just because you're a computer novice doesn't mean you don't have normal problem solving skills [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

I will try to help although I am not real technical. Try minimizing all windows and see if you have an IE icon to click on in your background. If not, select start and see if you have an icon on your start menu.
