Default Two wired pairs vs super LAG

Villian is running over everyone by raising huge pf, and following up huge on flop & turn. Ive seen a few hundred bucks in buyins & reloads go around the last few orbits and some of the people left way ahead or busted out. Villian is still playing the same even though table has calmed down some a few orbits later.

I chased a gutshot + flush 3way with villian 2 orbits prior. Thats the only action hes really seen from me. First hand I get vs him, I guess pretty standard, turn play is only thing I was unsure on.

This hand happened an orbit later and I know I messed this hand up on paper, in-game I was overthinking as this is the first time villian limped & played slow post. This hand needs another bet, question is where do I put it in against a super LAG on this board.

Looking at 2nd hand again, it looks so poorly played (which it was). Villian slowing down just really confused me as to his possible holdings. I didnt bet flop because I wanted him to lead turn (hopefully)

You explained why you didn't bet the flop, so ok. Why did you check behind on the river? Your original post asked where the other bet belonged, and I would say here. Sure, he could be playing tricky with a set or something, but what do you think about betting the river?
