New 30/20 person MTT's on UB

i don't know if anyone has posted about this or not, but does anyone have any tips that they want to share about these? aka play tight early or try to get a stack? top 3 always pay out and that's it no matter how many people are in it. (in the 20 or the 30)

This really depends on your style.

If you want to build a big stack, and pick people off.
Or if you want to play tight, and hit the aggression button later.

There is never a set way to play. But remember that the less positions that pay out, the more chips you need. At some point aggression is going to be key.
