Default help in the small blind

i play 25 and 50 10 handed nls on party. right now the sb is my biggest losing position. my vp$ip is about 39%(im sure thats very loose) im losing about .85bb/hand after 1500 hands(i know its a small sample size but i just got pokertracker). what are some things i can do to fix this leak. if you need more info just let me know what youll need.

thanks.....i guess

btw, why should i fold hands when ive got 1/2 the table limping and its only 1/2 bb more to me? i mean i know i need to tighten up on my calling raises OOP, but when everyones limping and im getting like 11-1 on my calls there are alot of hands id see a flop with....

Complete any 2 suited, any 2 face cards, any small pairs.
