I would bet out on the turn and fold to a raise against this type of player.

I don't think I like this play against loose passives, I mean it is very likely he has a 5 in his hand, certainly more than 2/5.
edit: i didn't see you checked, I thought he donkbet, that makes this more interesting but I still don't think I like a call down.
