Default -EV habit

How many of you play chess while playing multiple tables?
I play on ICC and some games are so interesiting that I concentrate much more on chess than on the poker games. I also like to watch some of the 2100++ players games. I wish I was much more than an average player.
I wonder how much is costing me in BB/100.

Back when I first started, and played only one table, I found I needed some distraction to keep me from playing too many hands before and after the flop. I would play 15 minute games on ICC, and this really helped my poker game. Unfortunately, the poker really hurt my chess game.

My worst -EV habit is probably bonus whoring some blackjack while playing poker. But I guess raising UTG with 65o qualifies as 'mixing it up a little'...

I used to watch TV or browse forums while one tabling.

Now while multitabling, I get at most a 20 second respite to run to the bathroom and take care of business.
