Default Structure for home game SNGs

I didn't see anything quite like this in the threads that came up in search.

Are there any sort of general guidelines for how structure influences duration in a small NL freeze-out? For instance, with starting stacks of XBB's and Y levels of Z minutes (levels progress reasonably, no huge jumps), the tournament will last about T long?
