Default pre-flop raise

I have been trying to be more aggressive with my marginal pre-flop hands (not really marginal but ones that are not an auto-raise), but I'm not sure about this play. The table was pretty tight when someone raised. I did know that the raise would bump quite a few people out. This might be SOP but I'm just checking. Would anyone raise with lower than 8's?

If MP3, CO, and Button are tight, I'd raise 77 as well. Nice hand.

On a similar table, what suited Aces would you raise? A9s, A8s? Off-suited Aces? Any other marginal hands with high-card value that become raise cards?

I play the nano-limits on PokerStars, but there are super-tight tables like this during the day. I'm still trying to figure out how to best play some of these hands.
