Anti-Bot verification software on Party/Skins now???? WTF?

I was just asked to enter a verification code (the random letters in a box) while I was playing on Eurobet.

Has anyone seen this? Is this old news?

I was almost afraid to type in the code. I am feeling kind of suspicious of it, although I don't know what there is to be suspicious about. If you know what I mean.

I will feel a lot better when someone says that the same thing happened to them.

That anticheat measure is easily bypassed by anyone with some knowledge and coding ability but atleast party is trying to gear up and crack down before the IPO

I have no knowledge in this area, but im curious as to how this is accomplished? I was under the assumption that it wasnt possible for a bot to read and input such text

Typically bots take advantage of flaws in the system that use the curvy letters instead of reading them. Given how party is using them this will probably be harder.
