Villain is a complete unkown as I've just sat down at this table
I've got AKo otb and raise it up, villain in sb 3 bets, BB folds I cap Flop QT2 rainbow He bets I raise he calls Turn 9 He checks I check River Q He checks, I check Standard? Does anyone bet this river after he checks 2x in a row? |

I don't think I'd bet the river, can't think that any hand you'd beat would call, and most of what beats you won't fold.
I'd probably semi-bluff that turn... |

I think Id bet this turn, and if called check behind on river, You can still catch but might make him fold AK [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] Would depend on the player. With no reads there are a few lines here I think would be Ok. Yours looks fine too, just depends on how aggro you want to be.

Semi-bluff bet the turn. You may win the pot there. If not, a bluff bet on the river would probably have +EV chances of success, or just check it through.

I like the check on the river.
Unlike some of the others I also like the check on the turn. The problem is that you probably have outs on the turn so you would then call a raise, making betting and getting raised pretty much suck. |
