Default Clear Fold?

Pot is raised from EP from fairly aggressive player.

Hero MP with A [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 3-bets.

LP caps (he's generally solid but has been playing a bit recklessly lately)

Called around. 3 players to flop.

Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]

Checked to capper, who bets. EP calls. Hero folds.

Clear play right?

Ok, I'm gonna try this again.

I think folding here can't be that wrong. Against all that PF action there's a pretty good chance you're drawing dead or to a split. If I had a diamond, i'd call every time, but how good do you feel if the turn is the A [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]? I think you can make a pretty strong case for playing this either way.

It seems that any outs that I can pick up on the turn are still shaky; there aren't that many cards that help my hand and fewer still that would make it best. What am I missing?

Is mere 'improvement' on the turn worth a call even if I can still hit my hand only to have it as second best?

Unlike the first couple posters, I fold this almost everytime. The exception is if I'm against a complete maniac. But even against a LAG, I'll fold. The best you're hoping for is that he has JJ and you have 6 outs. If he has AA/QQ, you're drawing to a running straight, and if he has KK, then you've got 3 outs. But then you have to take into the account the times that you hit your "outs" and you still more money to hands that have you dominated.
