Easy fold with an overpair on the flop?

UTG limps, UTG + 1 limps, folded to button. Button (villain) makes it 40. SB folds, Hero calls, both limpers call. Pot is 162 preflop, I have 560 left.
Flop comes 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 2 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]. Hero leads for 100. Folded to villain who raises to 275. what's my play?
