Tighter than a Virgin on Prom Night (Stats check 3/6)

With the introduction of 3/6 6 max I've been wrestling with the decision to try the 6 max game or try and grind out what i can at full ring at either 3/6 or drop back to 2/4.

I'm just wanting to post some stats for review to see where I have some glaring weaknesses. I know one is definately I play way to tight.

Total Hands: 14941 (Not a huge # of hands, but please work with what I got).

Vol. Put $ in Pot: 13.74% Way to tight. I'd like to see 16/18

Vol. put $ From SB: 18.82%; Again to low. Not sure what is recommended

Folded SB to steal: 93.15% Not sure what this should be
Folded BB to steal: 75.51% I imagine this should be alittle lower

Att. to Steal Blinds: 34.18%
Won $ WSF: 32.80%

BB/100: .81/100 (tail end of a 200BB slide)
Went to SD: 26.69%
Won at SD: 62.45% Alittle high I think.
PF Raise: 7.67 good for what my VPIP is.

Aggression:
Flop: 4.23
Turn: 3.49
River: 1.91

Folded to River Bet: 42.61%

I know I'm to tight. I normally follow the SSH tight chart w/ modifications depending on the table. I'll usually fold A2s-A7s, Q9s, K9s, KJo, ATo and a few other hands if its folded to me at MP 1 & 2, but raise if MP 3.
I attempted 1/2 6-max and was able to get up to about 17.5% VPIP which from what I understand is way to low for 6 max games so I'm not exactly sure what to do in terms of loosining up.

Any help would be appreciated.

You are very weak tight. You need to play more hands, defend more, limp more, raise more, postflop: call more, and fold less. That should cover it I think.

Your preflop tightness is, unsurprisingly, compounded by postflop over-aggression. I suspect you are getting married to your big pairs, and not playing a particularly good postflop game. The flop AF is nuts.

I do realize I'm way to tight and my post flop play isn't the greatest. I'm working on it.

Can you give me a range of numbers I should be trying to aim for in some of the problem areas I listed?

17-20 is a good range, the better you are postflop, the more hands you can add

This is way to high, In 3-6 Blind steals are occur a lot. Somewhere in the 50's is good

Your not going to showdown enough. What this should be at I don't know but I believe mines somewhere in the 32-34% range
over 200k hands

To low, shoot for 10-13% The more you raise PF the easier your hands will play out

Turn= Chip Spewing, Should be at least 2

I am a full ring grinder so take my 6 max advice with a grain of salt. I am nowhere near as good at 6 max as I am at full ring Your 6 max VPIP should be in the mid 20's with a PF raise if about 15% or so.
