Ive been sucked out and Ive certainly done my share of sucking out.Ive had guys cheat agaisnt me and legitimately go allin -sometimes for disconnection.But Ive never had anyone disconnect -go allin on flop and then on river be able to bet or call a bet.Check it out below

Actually I think that your Opp. had clicked on the call button and the software didn't respond or something. When he reconnected it completed the bet he clicked on. Just an opinion.
