Best method of taking notes on opposition.
For about a month now I have been taking notes while I play the multi tables tournies. I use the PP notepad thing for the player. I have been mainly writing down some different moves people would make and what types of hand they play and how they treat them preflop.
I was curious what most of you write down about other players and how you treat that information as you play. |

Re: Best method of taking notes on opposition.
1.) starting hand requirements -- what are your opponents playing, at what levels and in which position. Are they raising, limping, etc.
2.) are they underbetting or overbetting, or neither 3.) note betting patterns for trips, overpairs, etc. (did they check-call the flop and then check-raise the turn? Move all in early? Slowplay?) 4.) how they handle their blinds -- very important later in a tourney. Are they weak or bold in their blinds defense? Can you steal against them, and will they try to steal against you (with what?). |
