Maybe. If you know they'll fold. One limper, sure. Two gets a bit dicier but, still, seems fine.

I don't think you have enough pot equity to make a raise here. You could have the best hand, still I wouldn't raise. Also depends on the nature of the CO, the more loose/passive he is, the more a raise is in the cards, more so if your A9 are suited.

Yeah, I think this is all right.

Your opponents probably don't have particularly good hands, and the raise does put pressure on them to hit the flop.

Just checking also seems okay to me. Your actual edge probably isn't that big here, and it's possible you'll be able to steal on the flop anyway if your opponents miss.

I like it, because SB will check, you'll bet, and they'll both fold even if you miss.

I think this is gonna be an expensive resteal if you can pull it off. You're probably going to have to 3-bet the flop and lead the turn before you convince anyone you've got something hot, and that's assuming they don't get a massive piece of the flop as well. I don't think you have the equity here to push.

Edit : Why do you think they're limping with random hands? They're not. Random hands includes such gems as 93o and J5s, which are probably not getting limped here.

I've said this before: using Poker Stove to make preflop decisions, especially of this type, is wrong.

Why is the first person only half as likely to split as the second?
