The WPT shows typically air 26-30 hands out of the many more that are actually played over the course of the final table.

No they air the ENTIRE final table. It is by sheer coincidence that EVERY FINAL TABLE has ended in EXACTLY two hours....

And the button always stays in the same spot for three straight hands and then might go backwards or skip around like a jumping bean- those are just common dealer mistakes.

And the chip count fluctuations for no reason are pretty standard at any big tournament.
