Absolute Bonus Policy

When making a withdrawal from Absolute Poker it says that if you make a withdrawal 12 hours before a promotion you do not receive any bonus money for re-deposited funds. I was wondering if anyone knew whether this applies to when you make the withdrawal request or when they actually process the withdrawal to Neteller.

When the bonus was on a regular "Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday" schedule, I regularly requested a withdrawal Friday morning, didn't get the money until Friday night or Saturday, and then deposited Saturday.
