20k 25NL

hi all,
i started my 25nl play as TPP <20vpip<5pfr<1.5pfa,with excellent results over 10K hands.
10bb/100.Ive been reading these post here and decided to increase my aggression,and instead of a fine tuning
i went overboard and went all aggressive/stupid for about 1000 hands and lost 6 buyins all at once.lately ive been at about 8% preflop raise
and thinking a lot more on later streets and am
enjoying myself,but would like to continue improve
and move up.Any insights,discussion is much appeciated.
