I use Handgrabber to import Hand Histories into Poker Tracker. Is there any way to convert them to readable format for this forum?

I don't think so. Typing out the action by hand isn't all that hard, though. Way back when, bison actually would take down his hand converter every so often so that people would be forced to type things out by hand and accidentally put more thought into their posts rather than mindlessly cutting and pasting histories. I'm not saying you do that, but a manual post is far from all that hard.
