Default Basic Pokertracker question

I'm sorry if this is somewhere in the forum - I've searched, and can't find it quickly and easily. I'm trying to crunch my 35k or so hands, and haven't the slightest idea of what a VP$IP is, much less W$WSF. Could somebody point me to where all the definitions for these shorthands are? Also, what optimal statistics are for shorthanded so I can plug up my enormous leaks.

Thanks so much!

For the abbreviations, hold your mouse over the column header, and the description will appear in the status bar at the bottom of the screen.

For what to do with the numbers, look into the PT guide adverstised in the classifieds. I haven't seen it yet myself, but a lot of people swear by it.

There is a forum on the pokertracker web site with discussion on optimal stats for 6-handed games.
