Default the tilt cycle

i go on a big rush of cards and win big. i then feel invincible and start playing too loose. i lose money. i then realize i have to tighten up again and play good poker. i then go on a big rush of cards and win big. i then feel invincible and start playing too loose. i lose money. i then realize i have to tighten up again and play good poker. etc.

You have some discipline and self control, but not a lot. Remember next time when you're on a rush and instead of raising preflop with hands like Ace-rag and King-rag, just fold'em and remember the tilt cycle.

Don't feel invinvible. When you are on a big rush, reward yourself for tight play. I am talking bribes here. Anytime you fold this tempting A7o instead of raising, do something nice for yourself.
