Fairly loose aggressive 10-20 at the boat.
4 callers SB completes, I smack the table w/J-7o Flop: J-7-6 rainbow SB checks, I bet, 1 call, MP raises, 3 folds, I 3-bet, call, call. Turn: 8 I bet, call, MP raises again, I call, call River: another 8. I check, bet, raise, I fold!?, call After the running 8's, there's just not much out there that I think I can beat. Even QJo has my ass kicked at that point. I think one bet is callable on the end, but not two. Thoughts? |

Yep, good fold. Not much you can do there, that's pretty frustrating. I'm playing 3 games of 10-20 on party right now and haven't won one hand in over an hour. Talk about frustrating.

Fold for me. I always use the get out clause of "it depends on the players" but unless these boys are proper clowns/seriously good you are back in third. Just one of those hands.

Easy fold. You could probably lay it down for one bet since you don't close the action on the river. Now that apparently the caller has even sprung to life, you're toast.
By the way, I'd recommend you check the flop. Free cards can make someone a second best hand which they may well think is best and give you a lot of action on. You encourage someone to take a stab at the pot. And if there is a jack (or 2) out there, you'll get action anyways. my 2 cents. Eric |
