3-bet the flop to narrow this field.
I call after MP3 raised on turn.
River is fine.

Also I want to add that this is all arbitrary. If you don't post reads you're only playing the cards and losing money. If villian is semi-loose aggresive, prehaps I do raise the turn, but this all depends on my reads.

yeah, it was only after I 3-bet the turn I noticed that my improvement to 2 pair also made a fairly obvious straight draw ;-(

Didn't really have any reads, that was about my 5th hand after sitting down, Villian is now showing as 45%VP$IP and 5%PFR (after 30 hands) so seems pretty loose, but didn't know that at the time

sup bro,

MP3's raise could mean a lot of things - a weirdly played AK, QJ, J7, Q7, A7 being tricky, or maybe KT/a set. I think you played this fine. I hope he didnt have KT.

funny you should say that

Results in white below:
Hero has Js Ac (two pair, aces and jacks).
MP3 has Kd Td (straight, ace high).
Outcome: MP3 wins 19.50 BB.

I 3-bet the flop to try and better define CO's hand while the bets are cheap, and to possibly chase out MP3/cause him to make a bad call. If he caps the flop, I probably go into calldown mode U/I. If he just calls, I lead almost any turn. After improving, I lead the turn and call a raise. River is good.
