I wonder if he would have done this if the kid had said, punt, fumbleruski, take a knee, etc.

I had already heard the story, but the segment on ESPN was very moving. Most of the narration was done by the mother of the deceased boy. I'm not the most sentimental person in the world, but I was getting teary eyed after watching it.

lol that would be one sh.itty promise to keep. im pretty sure the way coach weis explained the deal was basically run left/middle/right or pass left/middle/right and montana got to choose from those combos.
