Rake Rebates???

This may be an incredibly stupid question, but what exactly are rake rebates, how do you get them? Thank you for your responses...

Basically Party gives its affiliate a 20-25% cut of the gross revenue it makes off the affiliate's referral. A rake rebate is when the affiliate gives a piece of the money it gets from Party back to the player. It is discouraged by Party, but as I'm learning in Econ 101, if Party doesn't enforce it, an underground market will form which will give rakebacks, and the "underground" market is the 2+2 forums.
