Not really looking to get my self into any real problems here since it so early on and i could easily see a donk at this level slow playing his pair of aces on the flop and looking trap me on the turn. am i playing this to week tight here by even considering checking here and seeing a cheap show down or even folding here? or should i put out a bet to see where i am at and fold to a push? if i do this what action do i take on the river if he calls my turn bet assuming i dont improve?

I would bet 2/3s pot on the turn almost everytime. This is quite easy, bc I think you're ahead most of time here, and if you're not, you'll know it.

raising a more preflop will help you in this instance. yes a lot of donks will call with A10 preflop given your 55 bet. that said, i understand you do want action with that hand, but I think you need to charge a little more... 80 perhaps. you need to bet that flop!!!!! find out where you are man. get out cheap if facing huge resistance. in your example, you need to bet that board. u are ahead most times here.

I will check call the river...hopefully it will be reasonable. You think villain would check behind a weak Ace on that flop?

If villain flopped tow pair (AT) or a set, I could see him checking the flop and calling the turn (I dont like it though). But you'll be up against lower PPs than yours much of the time to make a river call worth it.

Players at the $11 in general aren't that tricky. If he has an A he would probably bet the flop. By checking the flop and the turn your basically telling him you don't have an A and are afraid of it. You are inducing a bluff so I wouldn't fold if I took that line. I'd probably put him on a PP and value bet the turn and river. If he calls the turn I value bet again on the river.
